For this project, I worked with a collaborator to select a celebrity, Princess Diana. After conducting thorough research, we created a meal subscription company based on her principles. We then selected another celebrity, Gordon Ramsay, to collaborate with our brand. In Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma, we created designs and mockups that resonated with our brand.
Branding
In collaboration with Hannah Ström-Olsen, we created People's Pantry, based on Princess Diana's core values: kindness, empathy, authenticity, and making a difference.
People's Pantry is a subscription-based meal and juice service that uses "ugly" produce that would be discarded. With the unique model, each meal purchase provides one meal to a family in need.
Collaboration
After creating our branding, we searched for a celebrity to collaborate with. We chose to work with Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay. He was selected for his connection to food, poverty, and wide reach. We also wanted to subvert expectations by partnering with a chef with a notorious attitude.
Packaging
Based on our collaboration, we designed a box for our service and two items that can be found inside: our juices and a limited edition Gordon Ramsay recipe card.
Merchandise
Based on our collaboration, we created merchandise. An exclusive cookbook with recipes made by Ramsay and a canvas tote bag. Both were designed in InDesign and then mocked up in Photoshop.
Print AdvertisING
I created posters to using food-related idioms to advertise our brand and its collaboration with Gordon Ramsay. They include our collaboration tagline, "Produce worthy of a Michelin star" along with images of disfigured fruits and vegetables and further information.
Figma App
In Figma, Hannah and I created an app to accompany our service. With five main pages: Home, highlighting our collaboration, Search, My Pantry, Tips & Tricks, and Account. It was created with users in mind, prioritizing a clean and smooth user experience accompanied by a consistent design.
The Home, My Pantry, and Tips & Tricks pages also work to further educate our customers by explaining who we are, our mission, how they are impacting others, and sustainability tips.
